IT Support Engineer

Description

  • Provide IT support for Sg office at central (about 10 headcount)
  • Experience on collaboration tech like Video conferencing /MS teams 
  • Experience with office networking /Wifi/Internet etc
  • Posses knowledge of office IT equipment’s like laptops/printers etc
  • Candidate wiill be an individual worker to support senior management, able to onsite when required. 

Requirements

  • Document existing workflow, volume of tickets by department & location and propose improved workflow(s).
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, document issues and resolutions for future reference
